Kemper's Profiler Rack and the Kemper Remote are supplied together here. The rack format keeps the Profiler protected and tidy inside a touring or studio rig, while the Remote lets a guitarist change sounds without walking back to the rack between songs. It suits players assembling a rack-based Profiler setup who want the controller included from the start rather than added later.

We dispatch within 1-2 business days; UPS transit is usually 3-7 business days (a carrier estimate), so allow 4-9 business days in total. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, at a weekend or on a holiday begin handling the next business day. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us for an RMA number first, then send the item back on the prepaid UPS label in your package. Change-of-mind returns are free, with no restocking fee, and must come back new, unused and in the original packaging. Items that arrive defective, damaged or not as described can come back as they are. Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of inspection.
