The Ventilator II comes from NEO Instruments and, as the numeral in its name indicates, is the second version of the Ventilator. It is an effects unit, the kind of processor placed in the signal path between an instrument and an amplifier or recording setup. It suits players who already know the original Ventilator and want its successor, as well as anyone building a rig around NEO Instruments gear.

We dispatch within 1-2 business days; UPS transit is usually 3-7 business days (a carrier estimate), so allow 4-9 business days in total. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, at a weekend or on a holiday begin handling the next business day. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us for an RMA number first, then send the item back on the prepaid UPS label in your package. Change-of-mind returns are free, with no restocking fee, and must come back new, unused and in the original packaging. Items that arrive defective, damaged or not as described can come back as they are. Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of inspection.
