Free standard shipping by UPS on every order to a US street address, with no minimum. We dispatch within 1-2 business days; UPS transit is usually 3-7 business days (a carrier estimate), so allow 4-9 business days in total. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us for an RMA number first, then send the item back on the prepaid UPS label in your package. Change-of-mind returns are free, with no restocking fee, and must come back new, unused and in the original packaging. Items that arrive defective, damaged or not as described can come back as they are. Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of inspection.
