The DI02TBV from HLabs Audio is a direct input preamp for feeding an instrument into a recording chain without a microphone or an amplifier in front of it. Recording bass or guitar direct gives an engineer a clean signal to keep alongside a mic'd track, or to send back out to an amp later once the arrangement is settled. It suits project studios and home recordists who track instruments straight in.
