The Avantone Pro Kick is a dynamic microphone whose name points to kick drum use. Dynamic microphones cope well with close placement in front of loud sources, which is what a bass drum demands in a studio or on a stage. It suits drummers, recording engineers and live sound crews who are miking a drum kit and want an Avantone Pro option dedicated to the kick.
